LAWR Information Technology Survey
The LAWR IT committee is assessing usage of and satisfaction with IT facilities within the department. Please assist us by completing this survey regarding your use of computer facilities. If you use more than 1 computer, please refer to the primary machine you use. If you have additional comments or issues not covered here, please use the back of this page. In order to be counted, your survey must be turned in to Sandy Filby no later than 5 pm on Friday 16 July. People who return the survey early receive a special prize. Hurry! Quantities are limited!
